Les has nearly 30 Years experience in the Insurance Industry as both an insurer and an insurance broker. He holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Broking) is an Associate the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker, with additional qualifications in Risk Management and a National Accreditation in Workers Compensation.
Having designed and managed insurance programs for some of Australia’s largest and most well known companies such as Woolworths, QBE Insurance and James Hardie to name a few together with a large number of public, private and government entities such as Aristocrat Leisure, Metcash, Sirtex, Peptech, Hamilton James & Bruce, Stadium Australia Management and Device Technologies Australia, he is well versed in the insurance needs of a wide range of clients.
His particular field of expertise is Liability insurance (Directors and Officers/Management Liability, Public/Products Liability, Professional Indemnity). Having founded and been a committee member of various non-profit organisations, he also understands the insurance requirements of charitable organisations.
Commencing his career in insurance in 1995, Stuart has consistently undertaken to develop his own knowledge, educate others through experience and ensure clients are informed when making their insurance purchase. Stuart has achieved the following qualifications;

- Workers Compensation Accreditation
He is a Senior Associate and Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) of ANZIIF; Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB) of NIBA and a Professional Member of Australian Institute of Management (AIMM) Stuart has mentored others encouraging loyal service to clients and a full understanding of risk requirements. His knowledge continues to be sought after by clients and colleagues alike.
After 23 years in the insurance industry I decided it was time to take the plunge and put my skills to use within my own domain.
Having worked within the Perth Intermediated Insurance sector throughout this time, it has equipped me with a vast range of both industry and product disciplines to impart onto SME and corporate clientele.
Whilst work experience is extremely valuable, continuing to further my education and be up to date with the latest industry disciplines and regulations on your behalf is paramount. As such, myself and my staff are committed to Continued Professional Development.
It all started for Robbie in 2009 when he applied for a 6 month temp contract in the claims department with one of the largest leading Insurers. This is where Robbie learnt the importance of having Insurance. At the end of the contract he was offered a full time role and gladly accepted.
Day in, day out he would lodge claims for his clients. From a small dent in a car to major losses. Each day Robbie listened to the customer describe their claim in detail and each day he realised just how important it is to have the right cover.
In 2011 Robbie went into Broking to ensure that all his clients had the cover they needed in the event of a claim and has continued to do so to this very day.
Throughout his broking career he has dealt with a variety of products from Hospitality, Retail, Trades, Transport to Construction to name few.
Robbie lives by a saying “All the market all the time” This means he will source every insurer he can find to match your needs.
Jane has worked in the insurance industry since 1996 and has worked in the direct market in both Perth and Sydney.
Jane has great knowledge and specialises with small to medium business, especially retail, hospitality, manufacturing, importers and construction.
Jane believes in customer service and getting the best for her clients.
