Mark commenced as a Director of Apollo Risk Services in 2015 after starting his insurance career in 1986.
Mark has enjoyed roles as a corporate insurance broker and underwriting manager for Australian and International firms. Working as an underwriter prior to broking has provided Mark with the technical and risk management experience to advise clients on hard to place risks and complicated insurance placements.
These roles have provided Mark with significant experience across all insurance products and a wide variety of industries and services including engineering, construction, manufacturing, marine services, mining, rail, power, property owners, hoteliers, IT Services, Care Providers, and not for profit organisations.

Rhonda is skilled at managing complex general insurance claims and workers compensation claims.
Rhonda and the claims team are involved with all aspects of claims from first contact to policy settlement advice, advocacy on behalf of clients, negotiations with insurers and loss adjustors on behalf of clients.

Carl and Margaret’s careers in insurance spanned over 40 years before retiring in 2025.
In mid 2011 they founded Apollo Risk Services drawing on their insurance experience gained through roles at major insurers and the broking community.
Carl tutored Insurance subjects at TAFE mentoring many up and coming brokers, whilst developing his own long list of qualifications and professional memberships.
Carl and Margaret developed a strong association and friendship with clients, staff, insurers, risk managers, and financiers over their career and will always be part of the family at Apollo and amongst the wider insurance community.
Jill is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. Prior to joining Apollo she worked as a Branch Manager for 4 years in Broome with a national insurance brokerage.
Jill has over 20 years Industry experience, and has lived and worked in Broome for the past 12 years. Jill has gained a vast array of experience in the general insurance arena and she is well equipped to provide professional advice on all general insurance matters.
An active member of the Broome community within local sporting groups and is chairperson for a local non-profit organisation. Living in Broome, Jill understands the difficulty of finding insurers willing to provide insurance cover for North West of WA.
